Consultation
All new clients and their dogs must have a consultation prior to scheduling training. This allows us to get to know one another and determine that we are a good fit before proceeding. This also gives us time to chat about your goals, assess your dog completely, and assign any pre-homework to be completed prior to their first session or drop-off for boarding.
Consultations are $120 and last 90-120 minutes.
Consultation price is waived if a package or boarding deposit is purchased within 48hrs of meeting.
Obedience Training Services
New puppy? Adult rescue? Old dog in need of some fresh tricks? Then this is the service for you and your pet! After your consultation, a training plan will be created specifically for your pet and their unique training needs. A general timeframe to complete the framework for those goals will also be included, typically 4-8 weeks.
Obedience and Trick Training Pricing:
1 session: $90
4 sessions: $320 (save 10%)
6 sessions: $450 (save 15%)
8 sessions: $575 (save 20%)
Behavior Modification Services
Whether you struggle with leash reactivity or resource guarding, we are equipped to help you handle a variety of behavior concerns. Each dog enrolled in a behavior modification program is given a highly tailored plan depending on their individual concerns. Due to the nature of behavior modification, there is no set time for when a dog is "finished" with training. Some are happy with results in 4-6 weeks, others may need follow ups periodically for up to 6 months to complete more complex goals.

1 session: $110
4 sessions: $395 (save 10%)
6 sessions: $560 (save 15%)
Board and Train Services
Sending your pet off to be trained for weeks at a time can be hard for some pet owners which is why we strive to make it as smooth of a process as possible. All dogs who board with Seer Dog Training live with us as if they are our own pets. Outside of their daily training sessions, they get to rest and relax in a home setting (unless their training plan indicates a more rigid structure in the initial stages), go on neighborhood walks, play with toys, get mental enrichment via food puzzles and scentwork, and go to sleep at night knowing that the next day will be just as fun.
Due to highly tailored training plans we create for each pet and their unique goals, there is no set price for this service, but prices range from $700-900 per week. That includes training, boarding, any training tools deemed necessary for your pet, 2 follow-up sessions, and a discounted rate for future services after completion of the program. For obedience and minor behavior modification cases, 2-3 weeks is normal. More intense behavior modification may take up to 4 weeks. This program also offers an additional week of training free of charge if we are unable to produce in the agreed upon timeframe.
Not every dog needs or even qualifies for a board and train program. If this is a service you are interested in for an upcoming trip or vacation, please let us know prior to your consultation so we can assess availability. We are low-volume and do not offer more than two spaces at a time for boarding.
Leash Skills Master Class
Does your dog struggle with walking on a leash? Or maybe you want to learn how to curb unwanted behaviors like pulling towards other dogs, marking every tree and bush in the neighborhood, or even dragging behind on walks. This weekly class is designed to teach you how to communicate more effectively with your dog while out and about as well as improve the quality of your walks. With strategies that address meaningful engagment, loose leash walking, and foundations for heelwork, you and your pup will be strutting your stuff in no time!
Leash Skills Master Class is a 4 week program with weekly 60-90 minute sessions in your neighborhood or a community space such as a park. Pricing is $320 for the entire program, additional dogs may attend if they come with their own handler (1 dog per human, please). Homework is assigned after each session and should be completed prior to the next session.
Group Classes
Group classes are offered on a seasonal basis. Schedules and class information will be shared on our Facebook page (make sure to follow!). Reactive dog classes, CGC classes, and Leash Skill classes are all typical offerings.
Classes are $20-$40 per class and last 60-90 minutes on average.
